CLASS NOTICE:

On February 10, 2023, the Claims Administrator conducted the initial distribution of settlement funds to eligible claimants, as approved by the order of the Court. The second distribution occurred in July 2024 and the third distribution occurred July 2025. Subsequent distributions will occur on a rolling basis.
