On February 10, 2023, the Claims Administrator conducted the initial distribution of settlement funds to eligible claimants, as approved by the order of the Court. The second distribution occurred in July 2024. Subsequent distributions will occur on a rolling basis.
How to Report a Change of Name
Marriage:
If your name has changed due to marriage, please send a copy of your marriage certificate.
Divorce:
If your name has changed due to divorce, please send a copy of your divorce decree.
Court Proceedings for Change of Legal Name:
If your name has changed due to court proceedings to legally change your name, please send a copy of the court order of legal name change.
